I know how hard it is to restrict our eating. Our modern diets have become a constant onslaught of sugar, fat and highly-processed REALLY DELICIOUS food and that’s actually a REALLY BIG PROBLEM.
Don’t worry, if the idea of taking out grains, dairy, sugar and processed foods seems too overwhelming you can choose to remove as much or as little as you like and keep in mind, the restriction is a temporary measure to correct your biochemistry and heal your body!
Even vegans and vegetarians can benefit from a RESET. Properly-prepared grains, legumes and beans can certainly be a healthy part of a whole-foods diet, but eating inflammatory sugars, grains and processed foods will lead to health problems whether you eat meat or not!
The reality is, you’ll be so focused on all the delicious new foods I’ll introduce to you, you might not even miss the stuff you’re used to eating!
In order to permanently change your health you have to find a style of healthy eating that you can maintain for the rest of your life, and that means finding nourishing, comforting foods within the parameters of a healthy diet.
