If you’ve ever wanted to change the way you feel about a certain subject in order to allow the Law of Attraction to work for you the way it seems to work for others, the Focus Wheel Process can be very valuable.
Draw a large circle in the center of a page and in that circle write what it is that you’re wanting, always in positive wording….if it seems like something very specific you may want to broaden it a bit i.e. “I want to be over this trauma” would be better written as “I want to be emotionally free and stable”
Now find examples that are TRUE as they exist right now in your life that match your “I want” statement. i.e. “when I run outside I feel free and stable” “when I find solutions to conflicts I feel free and stable” “when I drive my car I feel free and stable” (these are just suggestions, obviously you have to find these things that are a TRUE match in your own life). The more things you can find in your life that match the feeling of being free and stable the more you build the belief system and move the vibration into the knowing that you already have it…and that is the essence of law of attraction, you must FEEL that you have it..SEE that you have what you’re wanting already, although it may not be on every subject, it does exist for you. Then APPRECIATE how you already have exactly what you’re asking for in so many ways. Do it because it feels good to see that power, not because it will bring you more of it (even though it will).
It’s all about vibration, no matter what the problem, clean up your vibration relative to the subject by finding a way to feel good about it and prepare to be amazed at how quickly the circumstances change. The universe is conspiring on your behalf, isn’t that wonderful?
